Nikki M. Harada (she/they)
Nikki M. Harada is a costume technician and designer. Beginning in Fall 2026, she will serve as the resident Cutter/Draper at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Nikki holds an MFA in Costume Technology from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) and a BFA in Theatre Design and Technology, with a minor in Art and Design, from the University of Northern Colorado.
Most recently, Nikki served as the Cutter/Draper at The REV Theatre Company, where she worked on Rock of Ages, Carousel, Tarzan, and A Bronx Tale. During her time there, she continued to refine her draping skills, led a new team, and gained valuable experience in the fast-paced environment of summer stock theatre. In her final year of graduate school, she also served as Costume Shop Supervisor, managing a team of seven drapers throughout the spring semester.
Additional credits include serving as the Cutter/Draper for the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival during its 2025 summer season.
Nikki is passion for costumes and collaboration, with a particular interest in draping, tailoring, and supporting the next generation of theatre artists through her work in higher education.
